Bergerie Anjou Rouge "La Cerisae" 2018

Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon Sand and clay on top of shale. South-southwest facing parcel located at Champ sur Layon. 1/3 of the grapes are cold-macerated for three days. Free-run juice and the pressed juice are vinified separately; the wines are tasted and monitored carefully and finally blended before bottling.
