Mostly Godello (79%) with Albari�o & Treixadura - blended from one vine plot in Castillon in Ribeiras do Mi�o (near the roadside bodega) and most principally from 'A Ermida' in subzone Quiroga on the border of Valdeorras. The white grape vineyards are young in age, averaging 20 years.
~Destemmed. Native fermentation in stainless steel tanks and then the wine rests for 6 months under lees. Nothing but SO2 is added to the wine at bottling.
