60% Sangiovese, 15% Sagrantino, 15% Merlot, 10% Montepulciano. A traditional DOC Montefalco blend. The different grapes are in different parcels, thus harvested and vinified separately. Fermentation in closed tank with temperature control and minimal sulfur; maceration lasts about 10 days. Aged a minimum of 18 months in old Slavonian oak botti.
