The 2021er Karambolage (with L-Nr. 1-22 whereby the reference to the grapes is written on the left of the label) was a blend from young vines (planted in 2014) of Elbling (40% partially whole bunch-fermented for 10 days), Chardonnay (25%), and Pinot Noir (35% partially macerated). It was made along natural lines, i.e. without any intervention and was bottled unfiltered and with little SO2 added (20 mg/l).
