Khayelitsha's Finest Blanc Fume 2020

Sourced from 3 cool climate regions: Elgin, Walker Bay (Hermanus) and Cape Agulhas. Harvested and fermented separately in older (2nd/3rd & 4th Fill) 300L French oak barrels with indigenous yeast. The Elgin and Walker Bay components were left to naturally undergo malolactic fermentation, whereas the Cape Agulhas component was halted half way in order to retain freshness and the distinctive tang.
