80% Semillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. Sourced from Luchsinger vineyard in Lake county. Soils in the vineyards consist of alluvial rocky loam with some clay. The grapes were picked together (hand), pressed (whole bunch) together to tank, settled 24 hrs. Racked off heavy sludge, fermented at about 68F with native yeast. Aged in tank & stainless steel barrels on fine lees.
