Juan Antonio Ponce is a 4th generation winegrower of the indigenous grape Bobal, which constitutes 100% of the "La Casilla" bottling. Grapes are farmed according to biodynamic principles, and vinified naturally.
Age of vineyards: 32-55 years
Fermentation: whole cluster carbonic, native yeast
Aging: in barrel, where malolactic is completed; french oak, for 10 months
No fining or filtering.
