Trebbiano d�Abruzzo DOP single vineyard in Cugnoli of 90 year old vines at 350 meters altitude on limestone, marly-clay over sandstone-rich bedrock. Massal selection, propagated from original, indigenous grapes found on the property.
Grapes hand harvested at end of September. Free run juice only, fermented in stainless steel tanks using only indigenous yeasts. Aged in tank and bottles. No malolactic fermentation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
