Organically grown 100% Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo) on calcareous clay soils. Hand harvested, destemmed, 3-day maceration, alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks followed by aging for 8 months in stainless steel tanks and older barrels, plus 5 months in bottle before release. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2.
