A lean white with a costal view. The Terenzuola estate is headed by Ivan Giuliani and is based in the city of Luni on the Tuscan coast. While he was born into a vineyard owning family, he did not truly become interested until being stationed in Friuli near the border of Slovenia. There he became immersed in sustainable viticulture, and made the effort to convert his family estate to organic viticulture.

This bottle is made from 95% Vermentino and 5% Albarola, all organically farmed. After a natural fermentation the grapes are skin contacted for no more than 48 hours. This is done to add some texture to the wine while stoppin short of a proper orange wine. Ageing takes place for 6 months on the lees before racking and bottling.

This fun seaside white has notes of thyme, lemon oil and sea salt.
