Bigallet Amer China-China

Very similar to Amer Picon. Gentiane & orange peel. 40% abv. Orange and orange peel really come through on the nose. Fun and soft. Bitter notes weave throughout, but not bowl your head over pungent. Used in the Brooklyn cocktail. ch
