35% abv. 29 different herbs in the infusion, all grown on the Caffo estate. Clear amber color, not the purple-black that you find in Fernet. Nose: blood orange peel, allspice, coriander, black pepper, light Earl Gray tea aroma. Palate: rich and spicy in the mouth, a lot of black pepper and bay leaf with sweet orange confit. Long spicy finish. Nice with a little chill. Superb value.
