Distilled from 80% Rye and 20% Malted Barley by master distiller Thomas Earl McKenzie at the Finger Lakes Distillery in upstate New York, and aged for 2 1/2 years in new charred American oak barrels. Brought down to bottle proof with organic raw honey, no water. Not your typical honey "whiskey," this spirit is more whiskey than honey: the touch of sweetness compliments the classic rye spice and earthy maltiness of the base spirit. Delicious.
