"Pseudotsuga Menziesii" is written on the inside of the label. Known as Eau de Vie de Bourgeons de Sapin in Alsace. Clear brandy infused with spring buds of Douglas Fir boughs. Harvested by hand. Redistilled and re-infused with more buds. Strained and bottled at 47.73% abv. Smells like a pine tree. A fruity note on the front. 375ml.
