Hails from Asti Province, Italia. Moscato base, with an infusion of herbs, fruit and spices. Chinchona, gentian and citrus are particularly important here, as this is most likely the closest beverage to the original Kina Lillet on the market today. Can be used as a sub for Lillet in such classic cocktails as the Vesper Martini and the Corpse Reviver #2. 16.5% abv. Aged for 1 year before release. Served in Piemonte over ice, with a splash of soda and an orange twist. More pungent and de-lineated than Lillet, and cleaner. Bright and very briskly refreshing. A biscuit note on the finish, along with cooling mint. Fun.
