Produced by the descendents of Don Cenobio Sauza, who was the first to introduce "Mezcal de Tequila" to the US. Agaves roasted in brick oven, crushed by tahona millstone, fermented in wood tanks with ambient yeasts, and distilled in copper pot stills.
Aromas of citrus, and rich cooked agave fill your nose in this unique and very special blanco tequila. Also present: butter, olive, earth, black pepper, and a deep inviting vegetal complexity. On the palate, more cooked agave and vanilla, with fresh green notes of basil, olive, and lime. The finish is long and deep, complex yet easy to drink.
