Distilled at Heaven Hill in Bardstown. 10 years old, bottled in bond, 100 pf. Big butterscotch, vanilla, and leather on the nose. On the palate rich, buttery, maple and cinnamon. Some nice grippy wood tannin lends some bold structure. -DTP
