A quirky mashbill that essentially substitutes oats for the traditional corn in the four grain recipe. 40% oats, 40% malted barley, 10% each rye and wheat. Grains sourced from local organic farm collective. Two years in 30 gallon char #3 Minnesota white oak barrels. Earthy and sweet on the nose, caramelized banana dusted with green notes of oregano and celery leaf. In the mouth, a fat, creamy texture, with nutmeg, gastrique, and sweet mocha on the extra long finish. 47% abv. Non-chillfiltered.
