Primary botanicals: Hibiscus, monarda flowers, gentian, red potatoes, china, rose hips, bitter orange. Base wine made from locally grown Garganega and Trebbiano di Lugana. Infusions done individually, blended, and rested for a short time in steel. Colored with monarda, hibiscus flowers and red potatoes.
