Distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. 95% Rye. Aged 2 years. 46% abv. Rock solid, textbook rye. Properly matured. Honey, rye bread, licorice and anise notes in nose and on the palate. Citrus and cool mountain herbs. A little bit of chew, with a savory note towards the back. Great as a base for an Old Fashioned.
