Sureau is French for Elderflower. Sambucus Nigra is the Latin name. Hand selected from wild flowers in the spring at their peak. Eau de Vie maceration medium is distilled in Alembic. Some citrus and sugar is added. Each bottle is individually numbered to reflect the harvest year. Shelf stability of 1-2 years. Concentrated. Lively. Lots of sweet behind that flower.
