A Minervois red that really punches above its weight. The domaine is due north of Narbonne and is overseen by Bernard Boudouresques and his family, obtaining their organic certification 2012. The wine itself is a motley blend of grapes mostly focused on Syrah and Mourvèdre which are harvested when they are at their most aromatic. The wine is then aged in tanks and bottled 20 to 24 month later.
This excllent weeknight wine has notes of blackberry, rosemary, leather and thyme.
