Riesling (31%), Müeller-Thurgau (26%), Pinot Blanc (23%), Pinot Gris (18%), and Muscat (2%). This is an Alsatian-style white blend of four organically farmed vineyards from around the Willamette Valley. Grapes are direct-pressed and co-fermented in stainless steel. All native yeasts, full malo, minimal so2 addition before bottling.12% abv.
