Organically farmed. Likely the more ageable of the estate's two wines, the white known as Praruar, has a rich, golden tint with a strong minerality and pleasant bitterness, and an almost saline quality. 100% Catarratto grapes. Spontaneous fermentation followed by ageing on the lees and skins for 16 days. The wine is not filtered before bottling. About 2800 bottles are produced each year.
