Current owners took over in 1994. Started Distilling in 2001. All New York State fruit. 18% abv. Extraordinary aromatics: key limes, lime peel and bright sweet herbs Classic. Savage, with a nice tomato note. Vinous and tart; almost like rhubarb. Very bright and delicious!
