A lighter more elegant expression of Saperavi grown on organic, regenerative calcareous and alluvial soils. The hand harvested fruit is fermented with wild yeast in qvevri. The resulting wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered and without sulfur. Raw Wine. Vegan.
Would make a lovely companion to roasted lamb, or pork kabobs!
