This Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon is a medium-bodied style, with notes of raspberry and blackberry with some cozy spicy cinnamon notes on the finish. Very good acidity and freshness for a wine of this nature.
Would pair well with grilled meats and richer dishes. Would also pair well with full flavored cheeses like Roquefort or Blue cheese, Gorgonzola, etc.
