Sweet violets and red and dark fruit on the nose. The palate is layered with saturated cherries. Floral with hibiscous and roses, and lovely alpine notes of spruce. So lively!
Would be perfect with Bresaola, roasted meats, mashed potatoes and aged cheeses.
