The plums are pressed, and the resulting juice is blended with small batch American gin. A lower sugar adjustment is employed here. Two months bottle age. Correct. Crazy intense nose and spice. Really rich, layered and earthy. A savory quality resides. Bright and zesty when compared to many liqueurs, a great alternative to sloe gin. 33% abv.
