A beautiful wine from Ukraine. A blend of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo.
Waxy cherry chapstick on the nose, the palate is juicy cherries, with a little smokiness. Solid medium body.
Almost like an eastern European Beaujolais this wine would be very happy alongside a burger and fries or any kind of typical bistro food. Could also play nice with lamb schwarma or other herby seasoned foods. Consider serving with a chill. Budmo!
