Certified organic (BioGro) with biodynamic practices

85% foot-crushed with 4-18 hour skin contact. Pressed to stainless steel tanks and 15% neutral barrel. Fermented with a natural yeast starter propagated from the vineyard site. Aged 9 months on lees before bottling.
