Made by Noah and Kelly Dorrance, this is a 100% Chardonnay sourced from the cooler climates of the Sonoma Coast. The vinyards are located near the towns of Green Valley, Occidental and Sebastopol on sandy loam soil. The grapes are femented with full malolactic in stainless steel and French oak. The 10 months of aging takes place entirely in French oak, with 20% of that being new.
This classic, burly California chard has notes of vanilla custard, lime zest, and bruised pineapples.
