Organically farmed blend of 85% Tempranillo and 15% Graciano (25 years on average) in red/white clay and sandy soils. 850 meters above sea level. Hand harvested. Destemmed manually, gravity fed into concrete tank for fermentation. The wine rests in old French oak for 12 months then rests in bottle for 6 months before release.
