A mutation of Mauzac Blanc. Harvested while ripe and dried on mats. Very rigid selection; tries to separate off as many seeds and skins as possible. 45% abv. Very silky mouthfeel. Lots of melon, flowers and cucumbers in the nose. Peaches. Dry and brisk in the palate, with some beautiful ghostly fruit notes on the finish. 375ml size bottle.
