Bottled in 2018. 32 years old. An extraordinarily decadent spirit from one of Armagnac's top producers. Intense aromas of fresh plums and apricots with vanilla, marzipan, and star anise. In the mouth, impressive power and weight, with milk chocolate and dried fig, with some mossy vegetal notes on the mid-palate. Lingering spice and wood flavors on the finish. Elegance is not the word of the day here. Power and finesse is where it's at.
