Aged in old Limousin for 7 years and new Limousin for the last year. 40% abv. Lemon and buttery cinnamon in the nose. Wonderfully pronounced baked apple aromas. Rounder than most Calvados. Mustardy baking spice. Lemon peel and poached sweet apple. Coppery apple sauce style, but lighter. Celery note on the finish.
