Barrel fermented Chardonnay and Savignin fortified with Marc. 17% abv. Lots of lilacs and flowers all the way through. Grape hyacinth note. Funky, earthy, nutty concentrated vegetal characteristics from the Marc. Well balanced and very focused. A nice end of the meal hang.
