A lovely Chablis from a small family of vignerons situated just 3km from the town of Chablis proper.
This wine is made form 100% Chardonnay (of course) which is vinified and rested exclusively in stainless steel to maintain freshness. After vinification the wine is rested on the lees for 10 months.
This Chablis, which is friendly both on the palate and wallet has notes of yellow apple, chalkdust, rainwater and parsley. Have it with roast chicken, swordfish, tuna, and pork tenderloin.
