A natural and biodyamic white blend from the town of Calce within the Roussillon (aka French Catalonia), just a stone's throw away from the Spanish border. The 70 to 100+ year old vines of this small domaine are tended to by Thomas Teibert, a German wine professional who fell in love with the extreme landscape of the region. The blend is made up of 80% Macabeu and 20% Muscat aged in both concrete and large oak vats.
This textured yet lively white has notes of seashells, pineapples, apricots and petrichor.
