Fair trade, unprocessed sugar from family farms in India. Sun dried in the Himalayas. Aged for 3-4 months in small 10 gallon barrels with a medium char. Some lighter toasts and some ex-Bourbon barrels are also employed. 40% abv. Burnished gold color. Ethereal clean aromas. Rich on the palette. Dark toned, and very mouth filling. Bacon-y note on the mid. Dry Kola note on the finish, which is quite lengthy.
