Proprietary yeast strains are employed. Small batches drawn from a few choice upper floors in the warehouse. 47% abv. Very aromatic and floral. Cherries, mustard in the nose. Whiffs of vanilla blossoms, honeysuckle and lilacs abound. Lean and fiercely minerally. Spicy high toned edges with a creamy vanilla middle. Lots of limestone minerals. There is a buttery note in the mouthfeel. A warming, fruity finish that goes on for ages.
