The Green label "Verde" one - 100% Albari�o grown organically and hand harvested. Maceration prior to soft pressing. Fermentation with controlled temperature in steel tanks. All native yeasts. A mix of two tanks - one of them worked on lees and malolactic fermentation, the other not. Bottled at the end of August the following year and subsequently a minimum of 2 months in the bottle prior to its release. Annual production is 4,000 bottles.
