Limited edition ready-to-drink Negroni cocktail produced by Forthave Spirits in Brooklyn, New York. Blend of Forthave BLUE Gin, RED Aperitivo, and a custom vermouth blend. Vermouth is a blend of Finger Lakes region wine, distilled Finger Lakes region wines (Cayuga, Seyval Blanc and Noiret), and Method Sweet Vermouth. Featured vermouth botanicals include fresh oranges, dried Seville orange peel, hyssop, mace, angelica root, and chamomile; botanicals are incorporated three ways: macerated in base wine, distilled, and macerated in spirit. After combining the gin, aperitivo, and vermouth, a portion of the blend was aged 6 months in an ex–Elijah Craig whiskey barrel and ex–Burgundy wine barrels previously used to age Forthave Mithradates amaro; the remainder was rested in stainless steel tanks.
