From Ontario. 40% abv. Rye, corn and barley are fermented, pot-distilled, then aged separately for 6 to 10 years. White oak barrels with different char levels are used. Finished for 6 months in sherry butts. The different grain whiskies are then blended at the end. The sherry really comes through in the nose, with rum raisin aromas as well as some butterscotch and caramel. Nice light texture. Terrific value.
