This Four Tuesdays offering comes from organically farmed grapes in the village of Theziers in France's Southern RhĂ´ne valley. It's a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan fermented with indigenous yeast in concrete tanks. Low SO2 and never filtered. No tricks in the cellar, just real, honest wine.
