Nose is heather and wildflowers, followed by honey and poached pears. The palate is surprisingly dry and spicy with hints of lemon and cinnamon, and the finish is long and warming with citrusy notes. Delicious and elegant. From Aberdeenshire. 48% abv, non-chillfiltered. One of our favorite malts.
