Made in the Greenpoint neighborhood in Brooklyn. Organic New York grown wheat is employed. Tuscan juniper berries. Coriander, Ceylon Cinnamon. 2 types of citrus. Botanicals are macerated, then re-distilled. Vacuum distillation is employed; air is pumped out so that the stuff can be distilled at a lower temp. Maceration spirit comes from "that guy" in Syracuse. 47% abv. Big citrus on the nose. Savory notes on the nose. No limes, but big lime notes. Big and brash. Savory qualities, earthy lemon. Nice lengthy richness. Wild and a little misbehavin' and gravelly on the finish.
