Vignobles Mourat was created in 1974, located an hour south from Nantes along the central coast of France. This is a blend of 80% Chenin Blanc 20% Chardonnay, from approximately 20 year old vines.
Grapes are gently pressed, cold settled, then fermented and aged in stainless steel. The result is tart yet creamy white.
