Fabien Dauvissat makes Chardonnay in Chablis, the most northern part of Burgundy, under his family's estate name Domaine Jean Dauvissat. The entry level cuvée on our shelves is resplendent with pristine fruit and ethereal acidity. It has elegant notes of preserved lemon, tarragon, and unripe pineapple. This wine would be excellent with a roasted chicken, a spring vegetable medley, or a giant salad. You really can't go wrong. It's Burgundy afterall.
