The Chapeau Melon Blanc is a blend of Melon de Bourgogne and Sauvignon Blanc (which is why you won’t see Muscadet on the label). It has the salinity and minerality you’d expect from Melon de Bourgogne with Sauvignon Blanc’s citrusy and exotic fruit notes and lively acidity.
